Terms and Conditions
By placing a deposit on any trip you are acknowledging and agreeing to all of the Intrepids Terms and Conditions. A $500.00 deposit secures passage on the trip designated herein assuming passenger complies with INTREPID SPORTFISHING Payment Terms and Reservation Policy. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative trip or date(s)subject to availability. It may also be assigned or gifted to another with express prior written consent of INTREPID SPORTFISHING. Trip Prices, Loads, Departure Date and Times are subject to change at any time. Trip destinations are not guaranteed and are subject to change. All fares are based on double occupancy. When available and requested, additional charges may apply for private staterooms.RESERVATION POLICY:
1.5 - 9 day trips INTREPID SPORTFISHING requires that 50% of the trip be paid 180 days prior to departure or when the trip is sold out and that the full trip fare be paid 90 days prior to departure. 10 days or longer INTREPID SPORTFISHING requires that 50% of the trip be paid 180 days prior to departure & 100% of the trip be paid 120 days prior to departure. Payments due will be charged to credit cards on file in the date structured noted above unless we are notified of another means of payment. In order for this booking deposit to become a confirmed reservation (including stateroom and boarding numbers) the payment terms must be adhered to. Intrepid Sportfishing reserves the right to exceed the advertised passenger load by one reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation must be in writing and received not less than 120 days prior to departure for 10 days or longer or 90 days prior to departure for 1.5 - 9 day trips. All cancellations are subject to a $500.00 administrative fee. If payment terms are not met, your reservation may be sold and your deposit refunded, less fee. Passenger cancellations within 120 days prior to departure for 10 days or longer or 90 days prior to departure for 1.5 - 9 day trips will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments unless your vacant spot is booked and the trip runs full. In that case your deposit will be placed in a "Floater" for future use. All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee based on the total cost of the trip.

COSTS NOT INCLUDED:
Gratuities (Industry standard is 15-20% of trip cost), California fishing license and optional jackpot(s). If the cost of Marine Diesel rises above normal operating levels, a fuel surcharge might be imposed.
BOARDING PASSES:
Boarding order assignments are issued upon receiving a 50% deposit. If a passenger before you cancels or transfers to another trip your order will move up accordingly. Charter Master and Sponsors board before passengers. Passengers have One (1) Week upon return of the trip to re-book and keep their boarding number and stateroom preference with a 50% deposit. In the case of private charters, charter masters may elect to assign rooms and boarding orders.
We ask all passengers to confirm departure time prior to their trip. All passengers must check in two (2) hours prior to departure. PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO PACK YOUR MEDS, INCLUDE A LIST AND EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION WITH YOUR MEDS.
